Vince Camuto is a modern luxury footwear brand where brand sensitivity takes precedence over performance metrics. The challenge was redesigning their email program to increase engagement and retention without losing the premium feel. The answer was leaning maximalist: bolder imagery, product grids, and strategically placed CTAs that gave the emails more energy while keeping them elevated.
