Gamification brings game mechanics into everyday digital experiences to drive engagement and action. I designed interactive experiences for client campaigns, including scratch-offs, wheel spinners, slots, and choose-your-offer formats. Each was built to reveal a personalized offer and pull users into the CRM funnel by capturing their email for a tailored coupon code.
